All sales are final! If products are damaged from packaging (and not thru shipping), I will send out another package after seeing photo proof. I am not responsible if products are lost thru shipping process because its not my fault.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Will also accept international orders, but pls do reconsider the extra process and shipping time when order. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, if not longer. Sometime packages do get delayed.
